90 Day Online Return Guarantee

At Boardertown we provide industry leading customer service. We hope that your online purchase is exactly what you're after but if for any reason it isn't right, you can return your item to us:

Full Priced Items: If for any reason you change your mind about a full priced item, you can return your purchase for an exchange, store credit or refund within 90 days of the purchase date. Simply return the product in its original packaging with all tags attached in the condition it was received, along with a completed returns form.

Sale Items: If for any reason you change your mind about a sale item, you can return your purchase for an exchange or store credit within 90 days of the purchase date. Simply return the product in its original packaging with all tags attached in the condition it was received, along with a completed returns form.

Returns Process

  1. Complete the Returns Form (download here)
  2. Pack all items with your invoice and the returns form in a suitable carton. Ensure that all items are securely boxed as we are unable to accept damaged items.
  3. Address the package(s) to:

  4. Return the package(s) using a registered courier service. Boardertown is not liable for lost packages.
  5. Once received, Boardertown will endeavor to process the items within 2 working days and provide an exchange, store credit or refund as quickly as possible. Where an item is faulty this may take up to 15 working days once the item is received.
  6. In some cases an additional charge may apply for exchanged items.

Return Conditions

  1. Boardertown returns operates during business hours (9am – 5pm Monday to Friday)
  2. Where an exchange, store credit or refund is required, items must be returned in new condition, with all original packaging (unmarked and in new condition). Where an item does not meet these conditions Boardertown reserves the right to refuse the return.
  3. Where items received are damaged or are not to an acceptable quality, the customer should notify Boardertown by email within 24 hours of receiving the order.
  4. For hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns on bikinis or underwear.
  5. Due to copyright legislation we are unable to accept returns on DVD’s or Blu-Ray discs.
  6. These conditions apply to online purchases only.
  7. Where an item is faulty, Boardertown will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act.
  8. Where are refund is processed, Boardertown will refund the purchase price of the goods. Boardertown is not responsible for any fees incurred by the customers bank.
