Marketing Coordinator

Auckland

We have a unique position available for a Marketing Coordinator to join our Auckland head office team. Working closely with our buying and marketing team, the Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for creating and curating marketing content across our stores, online, social and digital platforms. The Marketing Coordinator will have the opportunity to join a dynamic team with a focus on sourcing and creating content across our digital platforms and in stores, delivering a consistent brand message in innovative and engaging ways.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and create key creative (still and moving imagery) for online, digital, in store and social media channels
- Format creative for online, digital, in-store and social media
- Provide support to both Buying and Marketing teams to ensure creative is delivered on time and to briefs
- Liaise with suppliers to manage brand content
- Manage online digital content (visual & copy)
- Assist in managing social media channels
- Create and manage in-store POP

Key Skills:

- Marketing qualification or relevant experience
- Proven ability to create strong digital content (photos & video)
- Time Management
- Ability to work autonomously
- Good written and verbal communication
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Understanding and passion for social media
- Experience with Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, Illustrator and Premiere an advantage

Admin Assistant - Part-time

Auckland

We are looking for a part-time Admin Assistant (approx. 25 – 30 hours) to join our Head Office team. Working across the business and supporting our General Manager, National Retail Manager and Buying team, this role is focused on providing administrative support.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Payroll
  • Data Entry
  • General Office Duties

To be successful in this role you will need:

  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong Computer Skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, ERP)
  • Time management
  • The ability to work autonomously.
