Boardertown Japan Snowboard Tour 2027 - Ride the Best Snow on the Planet

Japan's legendary snowfields are calling and the 2027 Boardertown Japan Snowboard Tour is your ticket in. If you've been waiting for the perfect season to make the trip, this is it. We're heading deep into Japan's most celebrated riding country, and we want you in the van.

We touch down in Tokyo before boarding the iconic Shinkansen, arriving at the base of Tsugaike Resort in the heart of Hakuba Valley. Seven nights and six full days of riding await, more than enough time to carve through the varied terrain of neighbouring resorts including Cortina, Tsugaike, Iwatake, and Hakuba 47. Hakuba Valley has long been considered one of Asia's great snowboarding hubs, and once you're out there, you'll understand why.

Next, we cross the Japanese Alps into Myoko, a region that's earned a serious reputation for some of the heaviest snowfall anywhere on the mountain. Over three dedicated riding days, we'll follow the snow to get the the best of Madarao, Lotte Arai, Tangram, Seki Onsen and beyond. The powder here runs deep, the trees are thick, and the vibe is unlike anywhere else.

The Boardertown crew travels with you the whole way, keeping things running smoothly, finding the best lines, and making sure you get the most out of your time on the snow. Nine days of riding across two world-class regions, guided by people who know Japan's mountains inside out. That's the 2027 tour.
